Ben Ito

Ben Ito is B Team’s third specialist: a 4th-level Maestro Bard with brass at his hip, a rabbit charm at his throat, and the relaxed expression of a man who already knows which door the guards forgot to lock. He learned his magic in Moa Tor’s dockside neighborhoods, turning syncopated street sets, sharp brass hooks, and half-sung taunts into something dangerous enough to earn its own budget line.
The ironclad paperwork calls him a mariachi. Ben calls that “close enough for government work.”

Persona
Section titled “Persona”- Worn leather, layered chains, hand tattoos, and the kind of smile that may be flirtation, a warning, or both.
- Performs with dance-floor percussion, bright brass stabs, and hooks the whole dock will be repeating by morning.
- His swagger comes from surviving the street and reading the room—not from noble manners or expensive tailoring.
- Keeps one small rabbit charm among the jewelry. Nobody has successfully gotten an explanation.
Provisional build
Section titled “Provisional build”- Charisma +4 and Dexterity +3; Expert Thievery.
- Lingering Composition, Versatile Performance, and Rallying Anthem.
- Courageous anthem for offense; rallying anthem when the squad needs protection.
- Soothe, fear, illusory disguise, illusory object, invisibility, knock, and laughing fit.
- Shortbow for ranged pressure when a spell is unnecessary or too conspicuous.
Field role
Section titled “Field role”Ben lets Jimothy and Jekyll remain excellent at their jobs while quietly handling everything those jobs do not cover. In a fight, the default contribution is a one-action anthem delivered like a street hook, followed by control magic, a ranged attack, or emergency healing. During the heist, he supplies disguises, magical invisibility, lock expertise, and a completely legitimate reason to be carrying a trumpet near a military vessel.
